The room where customs actually gets discussed.

Customs Circle is an invitation-only community for senior trade and customs professionals, small rooms, no pitches, no vendors, no recordings. Just the conversations the industry's customs leads can't have anywhere else.

The Story

With eight years of experience in trade and customs advisory, I have seen first-hand how complex, business-critical and often underestimated the customs function truly is.

Customs professionals help keep goods moving, manage risk, protect businesses from costly errors and support strategic decisions across supply chains. Yet too often, they work in silos, with limited space to exchange openly with peers who understand the same pressures.

During this journey, I also became increasingly aware of how fast the profession is changing. Technology, AI, regulatory pressure, sustainability requirements and supply chain disruption are reshaping what customs teams are expected to deliver.

But one thing felt missing: a focused, practical and trusted space where customs professionals could come together to discuss these changes honestly, beyond formal conferences, webinars or one-way presentations.

That is how Customs Circle was born.

About

Customs Circle is a curated platform bringing together customs professionals across industry, advisory, academia and technology. It is built on a simple belief:

The most valuable conversations in customs do not always happen on stage. They happen around a table, between peers who trust each other enough to speak candidly.

Through quarterly roundtables, Customs Circle creates a focused environment for open exchange, peer discussion and practical problem-solving around current trade and customs challenges.

It is not another webinar.

It is not a traditional networking event.

It is a practitioner-led circle for people who live the reality of customs every day.

A place to exchange ideas, challenge assumptions, explore technology, discuss operational pain points and build a stronger customs community across sectors.

Put simply, Customs Circle gives customs practitioners a seat around the table, for open, practical and truly zero duty conversations.
